Funded training
Transformation needs skills. Funding makes them affordable.
Digitalisation, AI and new business requirements are changing roles faster than skills development can keep up. We identify the skills you need based on your project, rather than a course catalogue, and translate them into funded skills development.
Skills needs first, then the programme
In the spirit of “Building the Champions of today and tomorrow”, CTG Consulting and BES Academy combine their transformation and training programme expertise. Together, we equip employees specifically for digital, technological and organisational change, supported by the funding opportunities offered by the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG).
A training programme delivers results when it is linked to a specific project. That is why we start by asking which skills your transformation will need over the next twelve months and which roles lack them. Only then do we address content, formats and funding.
CTG Consulting
We identify the strategic skills needed for transformation, digitalisation and new business requirements, focusing on roles and target groups rather than a catalogue.
BES Academy
The BES Academy translates these needs into practical qualification programmes, holds the required accreditation and supports delivery in line with funding requirements.
From needs to funded skills development
The sequence is crucial: the application must be submitted before the first day of the course, otherwise funding is lost.

Frequently asked questions
Which employees can take part?+
In principle, employees subject to social security contributions whose skills development goes beyond short-term adjustments in the workplace. Together with BES Academy, we clarify which of your roles meet the requirements during the introductory call.
How long does a qualification programme take?+
The duration and weekly time commitment are tailored to your business so that participants can remain involved in day-to-day operations. We deliberately avoid a fixed framework and agree one with you instead. Programmes can start every month.
Does the training programme take place online?+
Online is the preferred option because it makes participation alongside day-to-day work easier. Other formats are possible and are agreed when tailoring the programme.
Do we need to release employees from work?+
For the remuneration subsidy, yes: it requires actual working time to be lost through participation while pay continues. Funding for course fees is unaffected.
Can funding also cover training in AI topics?+
Yes. The AI training programme for skilled professionals and executives is one of the programmes we offer together with BES Academy. The Federal Employment Agency decides whether funding is granted and how much in each individual case.
Do participants receive a certificate?+
Participants receive a certificate of attendance. When tailoring the programme, we agree which forms of assessment it will include, such as module tests or a practical assignment.
If the training receives funding, the project behind it often does too.
Skills development is rarely undertaken without a clear purpose, but for something specific: a new facility, a digitalisation project or a first step into AI. These projects often contain a development component eligible for funding through the research allowance or a programme. One does not rule out the other. Considering both together is why we always examine funding from both angles.
