We specialise in building great teams: through our Executive Search services and other recruiting services, we aim to bring together talents and companies from the digital world that are simply a great fit.

We were founded in 2011 by a Hamburg-based company builder — a founding story that still shapes our corporate DNA today: we are proud of our collaborative culture, our learning organisation and our data-driven, automated recruiting processes.

To meet our clients and talents continuously at eye level with industry and specialist expertise, we have meanwhile united nine specialised agencies with different focuses under the umbrella of the CTG Group: alphacoders, BENOMIK, CareerTeam, Findus Finds, Foxio Consulting, Numeris Consulting, PALTRON, Scalable Talent and Sinceritas.

Our teams

With a team of more than 200 CTGees, we have set ourselves the goal of building great teams both with our partners and within the group.

In Recruiting, our employees work closely with our partners and focus on identifying and qualifying candidates through a multi-stage selection process, bringing talents and exciting companies together.

Our Shared Services are the heart of our group. With the Accounting, Office Management, People & Organization, Engineering and IT Support departments, we ensure smooth operations within our group and thereby support our nine agencies.

At CTG, we place great value on transparency throughout the entire hiring process. We want you to know exactly how the process works and what you can expect from us.

Screening call

As soon as we have received your application, we take the time to review the formal requirements. If your application documents meet our criteria, we invite you to an initial get-to-know-you interview. This conversation serves to get to know each other better and to gain a first impression of your experience, skills and interests. At the same time, we would also like to give you insights into our working culture and values.

Video call with hiring manager

The first get-to-know-you interview really made us curious. We were impressed by your experience and skills. For this reason, we would like to introduce you to the respective hiring manager, who is also keen to get to know you. In a second get-to-know-you conversation, we would like to deepen the impressions we have already gained of you in the form of a video call.

Meet the team in person

The conversations we have had with you so far have really impressed us. We therefore invite you to meet our team in person. It is important to us that you get an insight into our team and meet the people you may be working with in the future. Depending on your field and level of experience, we may ask you to complete a case study.
