Press release: “Best Recruitment Consultancies 2024”: PALTRON awarded by SZ Institute

Hamburg, Munich, 24 June 2024 - In a survey conducted by the SZ Institute, PALTRON GmbH has emerged as the “Best Recruitment Consultancy 2024”. In the ranking of the top 85 recruitment consultancies in Germany, PALTRON achieved an above-average result with a score of 109 points.

2,000 surveyed managers rated a total of 177 recruitment consultancies in terms of their brand awareness and key aspects such as expertise, customer focus, methodological diversity, network, confidentiality and communication. 

The study, conducted by Innofact on behalf of the SZ Institute, covered the period from 15 to 25 April 2024. The results of the ranking were announced on 24 June in print issue 143/2024 of the Süddeutsche Zeitung and published online.
