CTG Consulting Networking Event: HR Aperol Evening

Despite challenging weather conditions, the 2nd HR Aperol Event was a complete success! We would like to sincerely thank all participants who made their way to our event and spent an inspiring evening with us. The strong attendance and engagement of those present once again demonstrated how great the interest in current trends and challenges in the HR field is.

The focus of the evening was on burning questions currently concerning many companies: How is the market developing in terms of salary structures? Why do applicants drop out of the application process, and what measures are necessary to keep our Active Sourcing team up to date? These and many other topics were discussed intensively and provided exciting insights for those present.

A central topic of the evening was the use of artificial intelligence in recruiting. The discussion showed that AI is becoming increasingly important in the HR field. But how can this technology be used most effectively? What potential is there, and how will the use of AI in recruiting develop in the future? These questions were on the table and offered plenty of material for discussion among the experts and HR professionals present.
