Successful start to the winter season with the pre-opening of our Christmas market

Fittingly for the first snowflakes and falling temperatures, the first wintry edition of our popular Aperol evenings took place on Tuesday: the pre-opening of the Christmas market. 🎄🍷

The evening was a complete success! Alongside delicious mulled wine, guests were also served fine canapés and Christmas treats, creating a festive atmosphere. Particularly pleasing was the mix of familiar faces and new participants, which gave the event a dynamic and inspiring mood.

A special highlight of the evening was the short presentation by our colleagues Isabella Rehn and Nele Weidemann, in which they presented the CTG Consulting Talent Strategy Assessment including case studies . The practical examples and valuable insights offered participants exciting insights into innovative strategies for talent development and assessment. The presentation met with great interest and provided numerous suggestions for further exchange.

Special thanks go to the colleagues present and to all participants, who contributed to this successful evening through their openness and exchange. It was an excellent opportunity to make contacts, share ideas and get to know each other better in a relaxed, festive atmosphere.
