Caisy O’Rourke

Caisy O'Rourke has been working as a dual HR student at CareerTeam in Hamburg since 2023. In her current position, she actively supports the search for suitable candidates and gains insights into the diverse world of recruiting. She is also involved in various areas of the candidate journey, be it sourcing, participating in interviews or regular Jour Fixe meetings. As a dual student, Caisy is continuously developing her skills and experience as she familiarizes herself with the different aspects of recruiting. What Caisy finds most appealing and fun about her work at CareerTeam is learning about all the processes of recruiting, constantly learning about different industries and candidates, and being able to observe and understand trends in the changing world of work.
