Background and Objectives
As part of a comprehensive growth and transformation process, the Tyro Group set out to standardize its group-wide finance processes. For Tyro Deutschland GmbH, this created an urgent need to hire a Head of Finance with specialized knowledge of German accounting standards.
Since operational delays were already affecting processes such as the annual financial statements, owner reporting, and internal monitoring, a fast and effective hire was essential.
